1) This set up includes a Circular frame with balloons wrapped all around in the color of your choice with customised print on it.

 2) Includes 2 helium Bobo Balloon Bouquet with a few balloons on the floor.

 3.) Includes "Happy Birthday" Neon Sign. You can choose a different Neon from the collection of our NEON boards at no extra cost, but if something new has to be made, customization charges will be extra.

4.) Includes Cake table.
