Here are common questions we get about ordering from our website. Please read as below.
How do I calculate shipping time and cost?
Shipping from Wanna Party is FAST and easy. Most orders placed, are shipped same day or within 24 hours, provided your order is not oversized and it is not a holiday. Though our best efforts are to ship the items the same day the order is placed but on rare occassions it may take upto 24-48 hours also.
Shipping Charges:
All orders over Rs.999 ships FREE, unless if your order is oversized, then in certain cases shipping charges are applicable.
For orders below Rs.999, a flat shipping fee of Rs.75 is applicable.
Cash on Delivery Fee of Rs. 35 is charged by our Shipping Partners.
How will my order be shipped? Which shipping method will be used?
All orders are shipped via standard courier unless you call us and make a special request for expedited shipping. Extra charges are applicable for expedited shipping. We work with leading courier companies in India like BLUE DART and SHIP ROCKET.
All extra large items are shipped via Speed Post under Indian Postal Service and levy extra shipping charges for the same.
All extra large items are marked with a special NOTE** at the bottom of the description, if extra shipping is applicable.
If I need to return my order, how do I do it?
Returns are applicable for in store purchases only. In store purchases can be exchanged for another item or store credit if the item is returned in unused condition within 7 days from the date of purchase with original bill. If you have placed an order online, no returns will be accepted. However, if a wrong item was shipped to you then we will process the refund or exchange on receipt of the item.
Do you carry the same products online as you do in stores?
Usually we carry the same products online and offline, in some cases you may see more options available in stores.
If you see something online but you’d like to purchase at your local store, write down the item number of the item(s) found underneath the product description on the individual product page. Then, call your nearest Wanna Party store and ask if they have the item in stock and we will gladly check for you.

How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. However, if you wish to make additions to your order, please contact us within 2 hours from the time you placed your order. We will try our best to accommodate the changes and send it in the same shipment or else it will be shipped separately. Separate shipping may be charged for the next shipment on a case by case basis. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you’ve selected prior to completing your order.

Which forms of payments do you accept for orders placed online?
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards.
How do I track an order?
You will receive your Tracking Number within 24 hours after the order has been shipped along with the link to the Courier Partner's website.
I am a little concerned about using my credit card on the internet. How safe is it?
Ordering on our site is as safe as placing an order over the phone, thanks to the security measures we have in place. When you enter your personal information, you are on a secure connection (“Secure Sockets Layer” or SSL for short). This is the same standard of security used by many financial institutions.
