Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Return & Exchange

Returns are only applicable for in-store purchases. In-store purchases can be exchanged for another item or store credit if the item is returned in unused condition within 7 days from the date of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. If you have placed an order online, no returns will be accepted. However, if a wrong item was shipped to you, then we will process the refund or exchange on receipt of the item. We shall arrange the reverse pickup of any wrong item at our cost, our customers don't pay anything for the reverse pickup.

We strongly advise our customers to make a video or send a picture of the product immediately or within 1 business day of the receipt of a damaged item, so our dispatching team can analyze it on a case by case basis. Refunds for damaged items in transit will be only be considered if the item is in unused condition and has not been removed from its original packing.

Any refunds may take up to 15 business days provided your case has been approved, and your bank account information is correct. We thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

At WannaParty, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following:

For Online Orders: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you can return the item (as per our returns policy) once you receive it.

For In-Store Purchases: Cancellations are not allowed for in-store purchases. If you change your mind after making an in-store purchase, we will gladly help you exchange the item for another or issue store credit, provided the item is in unused condition and returned within 7 days with the original bill.

Order Processing: Once an order is shipped or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. If there are any issues with your order, such as receiving a wrong or damaged item, please refer to our Returns Policy for further assistance.
