Set Up & Duration
The set up and charges are applicable for a 3 hour time window. Our best effort will be to set up the activity or game between 15 mins to 1 hour before the experience start time. If due to any unforeseen circumstances the set up is late, we will give extra grace time equivalent to the delay for the party at no extra cost. 

Manpower
A designated employee from our team will be there throughout for the supervision of the game.

Do’s
✔ Check your Zip Code for the service availability in your area
Provide sufficient space for the set up along with electrical connection as and when needed for the activity
✔ If the activity requires power supply, ensure that power supply is available before time for a timely and hassle free experience
✔ Ensure that all necessary authorisations have been procured from the venue at least 24 hours before the set up date to avoid any last minute delays
✔ If the set up is not on the ground floor, kindly mention it in the notes and remarks below so adequate time is kept in hand for the set up

Cancellation
- More than 12 working hours (10am to 8pm) before experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund
- Less than 12 working hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation
- No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for Holidays like Christmas, Diwali etc.
- In case of non availability of the experience due to any reason, complete 100% refund will be initiated.
