INCLUSIONS:

1) This set up includes a Circular Frame with balloons wrapped on either sides as shown in the pic.
2) Incudes Neon "Happy Birthday". 
3) You can choose a different Neon from the collection of our NEON boards at no extra cost, but if something new has to be made, customization charges will be extra.
4) Includes LED Marquee Light in No.6 & 0. You can choose a different LED Marquee Light at no extra cost.
5) Includes 2 birthday caps n plates of no. 60.
