13th Birthday Set up

1) This set up includes a Circular frame with balloons wrapped all around in the color of your choice . 

2) Includes LED Marquee Light in No. 1 & 3 wrapped with balloons. You can choose a different LED Marquee Light at no extra cost. 

3.) Includes "Happy Birthday" Neon Sign. You can choose a different Neon from the collection of our NEON boards at no extra cost, but customization charges will be extra if something new has to be made.
