2) Includes a neon LED Happy Birthday Board hung on the backdrop with an invisible hook from the wall (doesn't leave any marks on the wall)

3) Includes LED Marquee Light in No. 1 & 6

4) The Cake Tables come at an extra cost and is not included in the set up
