How do I calculate shipping time and cost?
Shipping from Wanna Party is FAST and easy. Most orders placed, are shipped within 24-48 hours, providing credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a holiday. Though our best efforts are to ship the items the same day the order is placed but on rare occassions it may take upto 48-72 hours also.
Exceptions might occur if there is a problem getting a correct authorization with the credit card used to place the order or your order is oversized and it is not a Holiday. Please find the shipping rates given below.

* Above rates are for PRIORITY overnight shipping from FEDEX, however the arrival dates under this option is not guaranteed. If you are short on time and need a GUARANTEED delivery within 1 or 2 Days, you need to call us before or after you palce your order and let us know about opting for EXPEDITED / GUARANTEED delivery and we will work on your order and let us know the extra charges for the GUARANTEED delivery. The charges may vary based on the total weight of the shipment and the zip code you want the goods to be shipped to.
How will my order be shipped? Which shipping method will be used?
All orders are shipped via standard courier unless you call us and make a special request for expedited shipping. Extra charges are applicable for expedited shipping. We work with leading courier companies in India like FedEx, First Flight, Aramex, DTDC. All extra large items are shipped via Speed Post under Indian Postal Service and levy extra shipping charges for the same. All extra large items are marked with a special NOTE** at the bottom of the description.
If I need to return my order, how do I do it?
Returns are applicable for in store purchases only. In store purchases can be exchanged for another item or store credit if the item is returned in unused condition within 7 days from the date of purchase with original bill. If you have placed an order online, no returns will be accepted. However, if a wrong item was shipped to you then we will process the refund or exchange on receipt of the item.
Do you carry the same products online as you do in stores?
Selection and price may vary by store and market and from store to website. If you see something online but you’d like to purchase at your local store, write down the item number of the item(s) found underneath the product description on the individual product page. Then, call your nearest Wanna Party store and ask if they have the item in stock and we will gladly check for you. Consult our Store Locator to find the store nearest you.
How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. However, if you wish to make additions to your order, please contact us within 2 hours from the time you placed your order. We will try our best to accommodate the changes and send it in the same shipment or else it will be shipped separately. Separate shipping may be charged for the next shipment on a case by case basis. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you’ve selected prior to completing your order.

When will my order ship?
If you are from Delhi/NCR or any other areas where our stores are located, you can get the goods the same day or within 24 hours as well, just call us on 011-41023776 before placing your order and we shall be glad to assist. It is important that you call us before placing the order and not after so we can help you with the correct delivery date and time. Please click here to know more about our store locations.
Most orders placed on our site are usually shipped within 24 hours, provided your credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a holiday. Though we make best efforts to release your courier the same day sometimes it may take up to 24-48 hours to release your package. Exceptions might occur if there is a problem getting a correct authorization with the credit card used to place the order. Please do not confuse yourself with SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY TIME.
SHIPPING TIME is the time taken for the goods to be shipped from our facility and as mentioned above though it’s our best effort to release the goods within 24 hours of the order sometimes it may take 2-3 business days.
DELIVERY TIME may vary from city to city, so it is advised that you call the courier service provider whose information will be provided to you in the email once your order ships. Standard Delivery time may varies from 2-5 business days depending upon the city you are in, but we cannot guaranty a specific date unless you choose EXPEDITED/GUARANTEED SHIPPING.
Expedited Shipping is charged extra over and above the standard shipping rates. For EXPEDITED SHIPPING, you need to call us before you place your order and we shall explain you the process and charges for the same. Prices for the expedited shipping vary from zip code to zip code and the total volume weight of the shipment. It usually is 3-5 times more than then standard shipping charges. How do I track an order?
You will receive your Tracking Number within 24 hours after the order has been shipped. You can track your order status by going to FedEx website.
I am a little concerned about using my credit card on the internet. How safe is it?
Ordering on our site is as safe as placing an order over the phone, thanks to the security measures we have in place. When you enter your personal information, you are on a secure connection (“Secure Sockets Layer” or SSL for short). This is the same standard of security used by many financial institutions.
