Throwing a party isn’t always easy, but ordering supplies for your party has never been easier!

Here are common questions we get about ordering from our website. please read some of the questions below and we will provide the answer.

Which forms of payments do you accept for orders placed online?

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. We also accept NEFT payments along with Cash on Delivery options.

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed, are shipped within 24 hours, providing credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a holiday. Though our best efforts are to ship the items the same day the order is placed but at times it may take 2-3 business days. Exceptions might occur if there is a problem getting a correct authorization with the credit card used to place the order or your order is oversized.

How will my order be shipped? Which shipping method will be used?

All orders are shipped via ground shipping only unless you call us and make a special request for expedited shipping for the same. Extra charges are implied for expedited shipping. We work with leading courier companies in India like First Flight, DTDC and Blue Dart.

How do I track an order?

You will receive your Tracking Number within 24 hours after the order has been shipped. You can track your order status by logging on to the carrier’s website provided to you in the email along with the tracking number.

I am a little concerned about using my credit card on the internet. How safe is it?

Ordering on our site is as safe as placing an order over the phone, thanks to the security measures we have in place. When you enter your personal information, you are on a secure connection (“Secure Sockets Layer” or SSL for short). This is the same standard of security used by many financial institutions. Nobody wants to have his or her personal information sold or misused.

We look at statistics from customer’s visits, which tell us, among other things, how many visitors we have and which items are of interest to them. We use this information to make improvements to our site, and hopefully your experience with us. However, we do not use this information in any way that personally identifies you. If you have the smallest of doubt, feel free to call.

We do not give, exchange, trade, or sell your information to anyone.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are applicable for in store purchases only. In store purchases can be exchanged for another item or store credit if the item is returned in unused condition within 7 days from the date of purchase with original bill. If you have placed an order online, no returns will be accepted. However, if a wrong item was shipped to you then we will process the refund or exchange on receipt of the item. A wrong item should be sent back to us within 7 days of its receipt.

If an item was damaged in transit, we request our customers to send a picture of the product immediately or within 1 business day of the receipt of a damaged item so our dispatching team can analyze it on a case by case basis. Refunds for damaged items in transit will be only be considered if the item is in unused condition and has not been removed from its original packing and shipped back to us on time.

Any refunds may take up to 30 business days provided your case has been approved and your bank account information is correct.

Organization Discounts

Wanna Party recognizes the importance of serving and actively participating in the communities we live in. We also recognize the importance of having fun. Therefore, we are pleased to offer discounts to all schools and non-profit organizations at our store locations.

Organizational Discounts cannot be applied to online purchases at this time..

To get started:
Visit any of our store location. Provide us with a letter, signed by an officer of your school or organization on official letterhead.All purchases must be paid by check or credit card in the name of the company or organization. Discount provided may vary from store to store in different cities.
